The best motivation for young professionals is to take the food products they came up with to professional fairs and competitions, to annual professional shows, and to show what they are really capable of both in products and projects.
Students have to face other forms of evaluation than just school grades. They have to step outside from the 1-5 scale during their training and testing periods but they must have the opportunity to show their talent and expertise to their fellow-students, professionals in their field and even to their would-be employers.
In the meantime their achievements puts the commitment and the expertise of our school into the limelight of our profession opening new possibilities towards new supporters.
HOW WILL WE START AND WHAT IS OUR ULTIMATE GOAL?
We pay close attention to new grants and professional forums in order to get ready for the calling for tenders. Later on we have several options, starting from in-school competitions – and when we have reached the goals set by ourselves, that is becoming a modern professional training center – ending in tenders set for small production companies
It is probably clear from this aspiration that we would like to function as a training center – as a bridge between the companies and their future employees. Our center would provide students with a high-quality professional training that could help them find a job much easier in the labor market.
”We always ask questions about and look for answers in connection with our and other people’s actions. Why do we do what we do? Why does one student study and why does the other not? Why do some students undertake fulfilling goals and keep on going till they finish while others lose their courage at the first obstacle and give up their work for something they like more? We have to find the answers on the field of motivation.”
