FINDING PARTNERS

We are to build a co-operation between our school and the representatives of those food industry companies that put a great emphasis on training highly qualified professionals. (In those fields we educate our students.) Our foundation is looking forward to sponsorship from these companies, and also we take on the professional training of their employees, and provide opportunities for them to get acquainted with our technology in a small-scale production environment.

WHY DO WE WANT THIS?

The answer to the question: why do we want this?, is trivial. Our foundation has been established because the school, in the present educational scenario, is no longer capable of financing the constant operation of the training workshop, not to mention the possibility of development. This way it is impossible to train highly skilled professionals, the students who finish school will barely be better qualified than a simple unskilled worker.

 HOW ARE WE GOING TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN?

The fermentation specialization includes the following fields of food industry:

  • Soda-water
  • Soft drinks
  • Spirits and liquor production
  • Malt production
  • Beer production
  • Production of fruit brandy (pálinka)

As a result of a technological expansion most of these fields are represented not only theoretically but in full reality. This makes it possible not only for our students but for other people too to acquire the know-how of this profession. Our objective is to set up a high-level training program for the employees of those big and small companies that co-operate with our school (Dreher Zrt., Rauch Hungária Kft., Zwack Unicum Nyrt., Fővárosi Ásványvíz- és Üdítőipari Zrt., Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország Kft., Buszesz Élelmiszeripari Zrt., and other distilleries or liquor companies) – hopefully in a regular, annual structure – which is in accordance with the expectations of the companies towards their employees.

This educational and training system provides the employees of our partner companies with the necessary knowledge to suit the requirements of their employers as best as possible. This means that our educational and training material should be able to present them with the proper knowledge regarding the newest technology of their profession as well as food and labour protection, and it should be able to help refresh their knowledge in these fields.  This is to be done by using interactive, direct and efficient methods relieving companies from the burden of annual training courses, and also saving their own human resources for other tasks.

After creating the technological background, we will be able to co-operate with companies on the fermentation field and with maximum discretion we may help them e.g.:

  • Produce and test new, experimental products in small quantity in a controlled environment.

  • Change the recipe of products that are currently in production (e.g. quality, cost-efficiency).

  • Produce promotional products in small quantity.

We are able to accomplish these tasks in a controlled environment, fully documented, and if there is a need working together with the product developers of the company. We are much more cost-efficient than a bigger production company which is not prepared for small-scale production or don’t have enough capacity (physical, intellectual) to develop new products.

At last but not at least besides these opportunities the objective of our Foundation is to be successful in the profession and also for the public. If we reach this goal, we will be able to provide a good advertising possibility for our supporters. This way they will excel their competition morally but by attracting highly-trained professional employees into their firms.
